First a wife and momma, who also loves to sing! My go to choice for time away will always be the water or sand. I long for the soft sand in my toes and swimming with the waves in the lake or ocean. My favorite flower is a tulip!!

Once Upon a Time

I received my bachelor's in education and then one day I picked up a camera...

Don't worry- that bachelors isn't being wasted!! It actually comes in handy working with children and clients!! I just knew when I picked up a camera for the first time with my oldest child that this is what I wanted to do! I also am such a nerd and love all things Lightroom- which makes me the perfect candidate to be an editor as well! I can talk about lightroom, workflows, editing tricks in Lightroom and editing styles and never be bored by it!

I get to build my business around the plans of my family, not around my work schedule! I love being a small business owner.

SUPER FUN FACTS

I met my hubby my junior year of college in California and within two years we tied the knot!... My bachelor's is in education and that gives me an edge with my ability to guide families and couples personably at a wedding or session.

I came from the north and I'm living in the south!...I loved the fall leaves and snow, but this girl prefers sunshine and sandals! We moved to Texas in 2008 and haven't looked back. We have two amazing boys!

I love music and ALWAYS wear flats... I wear flats because this girl is 6ft 1! I sing, play the flute, bass flute, alto flute, piccolo, and play a tiny bit of piano and guitar.

When I'm not shooting weddings or editing, you'll find me with my hubby and boys, or enjoying the outdoors! I'm big on beaches with clear water and soft sand, swimming and cooking for friends and family! We started clay shooting in 2021 as a family and I love connecting with my hubby and boys doing this together!

I'm an Amazon Prime girl. If you are too, you totally get it. You don't even have to ask where I got the majority of anything in my house. Yep, you guessed it. Amazon Prime. ;-)
