A Beautiful Blue +Coral Summer Wedding- Myles + Vanessa
I met Vanessa and Myles last year at their engagement session! They booked me through Nancy’s recommendation at Tangled Hearts in Abilene, Texas. Vanessa told me their story began online. Fast forward 2.5 years from meeting and dating, he led her to a room with individual papers that said Will, You, Marry, Me. When she opened the door he was down on one knee, with Daniel Caesar playing in the background. She said yes!
When I had initially met them, they both were super nice and a little bit shy, but I think by the end of the session they warmed up to me and we got some great engagement pictures of them together. Their wedding day came this past weekend and I got to see their full personalities and how their friends and family brought out the fun side of them.
I can say they truly enjoyed their wedding day. Something I really liked about what the officiant did, was she had both sets of parents give away their daughter and their son away and reminded them how they added a daughter and a son on each side of the family. They were one family now! It was so sweet. I was honored to take their wedding day pictures and I can’t wait to see what their future together holds. Here’s just a few of my favorites from their day.
